Through our interview process, we will determine your goals and desired outcomes and I will customize a 12-week program that encompasses fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Foundational Fitness Plan
I have developed a 5-6-day workout plan for the busy individual. This encompasses weight training, cardio, plyometric work, and stretching. It is a progressive 12-week plan that is designed for people who already have a basic level of knowledge about physical fitness and who need some ideas on how to stay fit. This is also a great plan for the super-experienced athlete who needs a change in their routine.
